Floyd Law Firm, founded by Bradford Floyd in 1996, has been a trusted legal partner in Humboldt County. Bradford, a University of Oregon graduate, combined legal expertise with a deep sense of community, creating a firm focused on thoughtful, client-centered representation. After completing law school in 1988, Bradford returned to Eureka with a vision to provide compassionate and accessible legal services, understanding the real-world challenges that families and individuals face, especially during tough times.
Today, the firm is led by Bradford’s son, Carlton, who continues to uphold the firm's tradition of integrity, professionalism, and empathy. A graduate of Ohio Northern University, Carlton brings a fresh perspective while staying true to the values his father established. Known for his commitment to personalized, results-driven legal services, Carlton has earned a reputation for integrity and diligence. Under his leadership, the firm has adapted to changing legal landscapes, always prioritizing the unique needs of each client with the same compassionate approach that has defined Floyd Law Firm since its inception.
